Sinclair Community College is seeking an Enrollment Specialist at the Welcome Center in Dayton, OH. You will deliver frontline enrollment assistance across registration, financial aid, and related services, guiding students through policies and processes with a focus on excellent customer care.

The role requires strong communication, data maintenance skills, and a collaborative approach to resolve complex student inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with data management in information systems.
• Experience in collaborative, team-based environments.
• Ability to engage with a diverse student population.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline enrollment services across Registration, Student Records, Placement Testing, Financial Aid, and the Bursar’s Office.
• Serve as primary point of contact for students with enrollment information.
• Resolve complex student issues with sound judgment and professional decisions.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the student information system.
• Support students via in-person, phone, email, and digital channels.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
