Job summary

Sinclair Community College is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to deliver frontline enrollment services at the Welcome Center in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, guiding students through registration, financial aid, placement testing, and general inquiries, across multiple channels.

This part-time position reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations and involves collaboration on escalated issues, with an hourly rate of $25.91 and a cap of 28 hours per

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; enrollment service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills required.
• Proficiency with data in information systems such as Colleague or CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline enrollment services across Registration, Student Records, Placement Testing, Financial Aid and Bursar’s Office.
• Serve as primary student contact with accurate, timely information on enrollment processes and policies.
• Resolve complex student issues with professional judgment to support positive enrollment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the college’s student information system in compliance with standards.
• Provide support through in-person, phone, email, and digital channels; ensure high-quality service.
