Mountainland Technical College in Payson, UT seeks an Enrollment Specialist to be the first point of contact for students, employees, and guests, guiding them through registration, payments, and enrollment processes. You will schedule counselor appointments, assist with transcript requests, maintain records, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience in compliance with college policies.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience with excellent communication and a professional, approachable demeanor.
• 1+ years of data entry experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of MTECH, assisting students and the public in person, by phone, and by email.
• Schedule and check-in appointments for student counselors.
• Support students through enrollment, including registration, payments, and withdrawals.
• Maintain and process student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist students with transcript requests, verifications, and other essential documentation.
