Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks an Enrollment Services Specialist to assist with enrollment, registration, financial aid and recordkeeping at the campus level. This role may lead and train front desk staff and requires effective English communication and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Associate/High School diploma with related experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and two years related work experience; or, Associate's Degree and three years related work experience; or High School Diploma/GED and four years related work experience.
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software; beneficial: Access, Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Process student admissions applications.
• Organize applicant communications.
• Assist students with tuition classification questions and disputes.
• Provide Front Line Financial Aid Counseling (FAFSA assistance) and guidance on financing options.
• Support and mentor other Enrollment Services staff.
• Coordinate campus front desk activities including registration for concurrent enrollment students.
• Maintain student records and campus one card system components.
• Provide general clerical support and prepare reports and materials.
• Assist in coordinating Career Services events and others as needed.
