Job summary

UNC Charlotte is seeking an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement to lead affinity-based events and programs, coordinating activities on and off campus and virtual settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in alumni engagement, event planning, or volunteer management.
• Experience in higher education is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage affinity-based alumni events and programs for various alumni groups.
• Develop engagement strategies with Greek alumni and corporate partners.
• Coordinate athletics-related events and maintain strong campus relationships.
• Lead volunteers and committees; respond to alumni inquiries and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with communications and campus partners to implement yearly plans.
