Harper College is seeking a part-time Student Services Assistant to join our front-line team in Hoffman Estates, IL. Qualifications

• Must be a current Harper College student enrolled in at least six credits per semester.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of the department.
• Availability to work during specified hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer telephone, and provide information as appropriate.
• Schedule and maintain appointments to facilitate 24/7 access to advising and orientation.
• Deliver individual and group orientation presentations.
• Guide students on campus tours and My Harper portal tours.
• Assist with call campaigns.
