Job summary

Harper College is seeking a part-time Student Services Assistant to join our front-line team in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, deliver orientation presentations, and guide campus tours while maintaining confidentiality and providing accurate information.

Education Requirements :

To apply for this position, youmust be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least sixcredits per semester (three for summer).

Experience Requirements:

The successful candidate must beable to maintain the confidentiality of the department.

Schedule Information:

Will determine schedule based on thestudent’s availability Must have some availability to work duringthe following hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00-7:00 pm, Friday:8:0-4:30 pm.

Total Hours:

20 per week.
