JOB DESCRIPTION

Admissions Outreach is the first point of contact for prospects,new students, and their families. Student aides will work at thefront desk of Admissions Outreach. Student aides must be able toprovide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, andthrough written/virtual communication. Additional duties includehelping the office with special projects, recruiting events, andcampus tours.

Schedule Information

Will determine schedule based onstudent’s availability. Must have availability to work during thefollowing office hours:

• Monday: 8am to 7pm
• Tuesday: 8am to 7pm
• Wednesday: 8am to 7pm
• Thursday: 8am to 7pm
• Friday: 8am to 4:30pm

Maximum hours per week: 20 hours
