Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.

• Part-time student in good academic standing and able to pass required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise student employees for Upper DeBot Dining Center.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to schedule staff for open hours, weekends, and breaks.
• Approve bi-weekly timesheets in PeopleSoft by the deadline.
• Conduct semester performance evaluations and oversee student orientations/trainings.
• Communicate updates and issues to management and ensure onboarding compliance.
