Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point is hiring a Front of House - Lower DeBot Marketplace student employee for the University Dining operation. The role supports dining services with beverage line maintenance, table sanitation, and restocking disposables to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Weekend shifts are required. Qualified applicants must be current part-time students ( enrolled in at least 6 undergrad credits or 5 grad credits ), pass a background check, and complete mandatory

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
• Able to lift pans weighing up to 40 lb between production area and carts.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 60 lb when stocking and gathering inventory.
• Stand and walk on hard floors for extended hours.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Complete mandatory trainings and university onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and refresh beverage lines and keep dining area clean.
• Restock disposables for customer use and assist with waste disposal.
• Sweep and mop as needed and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Respond to customer inquiries courteously and follow reporting procedures.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and complete trainings as required.
• Support management with other duties as assigned.
