Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative or student affairs experience.
• Experience working in higher education, student conduct, residence life, or related field.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Office of Student Conduct.
• Receive, review, and process student conduct referrals.
• Manage the lifecycle of student conduct cases from intake through final resolution.
• Maintain confidential conduct records and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Coordinate conduct conferences, hearings, and appeals.
• Prepare hearing files, correspondence, and official notices.
• Track sanctions, restitution, and other outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus partners across departments.
• Develop educational programming related to student conduct and integrity.
