Job summary

Florida Gulf Coast University is seeking a Coordinator for Student Conduct within the Dean of Students' Office. The role coordinates administrative processes of the student conduct program to ensure compliance with the Student Code of Conduct.

The incumbent will lead hearings, investigations, and adjudications, while supporting policy development, training, and outreach to campus partners. The position requires collaboration across departments and adherence to university, state, and federal

Qualifications

Six years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience.
Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as a formal and informal hearing officer in conduct cases.
Investigate, evaluate, and adjudicate violations of the student conduct code; prepare charge letters and outcomes.
Create, schedule, and manage student conduct cases and ensure resolutions.
Assist with development, administration, and evaluation of the student conduct program.
