Job summary

Tarrant County College’s Northeast Campus seeks a Coordinator, Student Care Services to support student care coordination, non-clinical case management, prevention education, and CARE Team activities. This role contributes to student well-being, retention, and success.

You will conduct student outreach, manage referrals to campus and community resources, maintain case records in Maxient, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and partners to provide timely, coordinated support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience with Maxient or comparable case-management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts non-clinical case management for students referred through CARE and conduct processes by assessing needs and coordinating resources.
• Initiates outreach to students facing academic or personal challenges to support persistence and well-being.
• Coordinates referrals to campus and community resources and monitors engagement with services.
• Maintains case records and interventions in Maxient and other systems; assists with follow-up actions.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, and community partners to provide coordinated support and referrals.
• Assists with planning, coordination, promotion, and delivery of prevention education programs, workshops, trainings, and awareness initiatives for students, faculty, and staff.
• Collects, tracks, and compiles assessment data, participant feedback, and program outcomes for reporting and improvement.
• Supports departmental reporting, data collection, and assessment activities related to student success and CARE initiatives.
