Job Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting student care coordination,non-clinical case management, prevention education, and CARE Team support. The Coordinator conducts student outreach, facilitatesresource referrals, maintains case records, and assists withprograms and initiatives that promote student well-being,retention, and success.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Performance Requirements
- Conducts non-clinical case management for students referredthrough CARE, student conduct, academic, and grievance processes byassessing needs, coordinating resources, and providing follow-upsupport
- Initiates outreach and maintains communication with students experiencing academic, personal, or basic-needs challenges tosupport persistence, retention, and well-being
- Coordinates referrals to campus and community resources andmonitors student engagement with recommended services and supportprograms
- Maintains assigned cases, preparing case updates, documentinginterventions, maintaining accurate records in Maxient and otherinstitutional systems, and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Consults and collaborates with faculty, staff, students, andcommunity partners to facilitate coordinated support services andappropriate referral pathways for students of concern
- Assists with the planning, coordination, promotion, and deliveryof prevention education programs, workshops, trainings, andawareness initiatives for students, faculty, and staff
- Collects, tracks, and compiles assessment data, participantfeedback, and program outcomes to support departmental reporting,compliance, and continuous improvement efforts
- Supports departmental reporting, data collection, and assessmentactivities related to student success, wellness, preventioneducation, and CARE Team initiatives
- Assists with special projects, outreach initiatives, educationalcampaigns, and other departmental activities that advance the goalsof Student Conduct, CARE, Prevention Education, and StudentAffairs
Service Excellence
- Participates on behalf of the College in external communityorganizations and associations as assigned to support the essentialperformance requirements
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
- Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
Supervision
- Works under the supervision of the assigned campus leader

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalentcombination of education and work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- At least two (2) years working experience in Student Affairs, case management, behavioral intervention, student conduct, CARE/Behavioral Intervention Teams, or student supportservices
- At least 1 year’s working experience using Maxient or comparablecase-management systems
- At least one (1) year’s professional working experience in a higher education environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and buildingeffective interpersonal relationships, including strong listening,verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled in using computer applications and enterprise systems, including the Microsoft Office suite and the Microsoft 365platform
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlesslyensuring accurate and timely completion, while exhibiting strongattention to detail and organization
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in collaborative environments, engaging with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify routine issues and escalatenon-standardproblems using established proceduresin a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to coordinate assigned work and communicate effectivelywith faculty and staff to support campus and departmentaloperations
- Ability to maintain a high level of diplomacy and tact, ensuringconfidentiality and discretion with sensitive and confidentialinformation

While performing the duties ofthis job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanicalparts and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. Thenoise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
