Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing and marketing within the Cincinnati community. You will greet visitors, tour properties, process applications, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and maintain resident relations under the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have administrative experience, strong customer service, and organizational skills. This role requires 20-25 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Proactive with problem-solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person; maintain guest cards.
