Job summary

Harper College in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a part-time Student Engagement Student Aide to be the first point of contact for students, employees and community members. You will deliver exceptional service in person, by phone, and in writing, supporting clubs and campus events.

You will assist with special projects and events, helping students discover engagement opportunities with clubs and organizations, while representing the Student Engagement staff with professionalism.

Maximum Hours Per Week : 19

Duties of Position: The Student Engagement Student Aideserves as the first point of contact for students, employees andcommunity members contacting the Student Engagement staff. StudentAides must be able to provide exceptional customer servicein-person, via telephone, and through written/virtualcommunication. Additional duties include helping the office withspecial projects, working student events, having a strongunderstanding of the opportunities for students to engage withclubs and organizations.
