Under direction of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the Student Affairs Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation systems and student records of the College of Public Health Student Affairs office, student matriculation and completion in strategic enrollment management, providing oversight and technical expertise to student data management, project management and managing student communications through multiple modalities, managing student life & student compliance and efficiency of COPH student affairs, and policies and procedures.

The position requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and in challenging situations.

Previous experience in student services, student affairs, education law, or higher education communication in an academic health center or graduate degree offering institution.
