Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a dedicated admissions events coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver student admission events that drive enrollment and align with budget and timelines.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, provide campus tours, and ensure safe, engaging events while building strong relationships with students and families across Salt Lake City area campuses. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $74,000 per year, with benefits including tuition waiver,

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience (hospitality, sales event coordination, etc.).
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in education or regulated multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver on-campus admissions events from concept to completion.
• Schedule events within budgets and timelines; create annual and periodic plans.
• Produce, analyze, and deliver reports on event outcomes.
• Coordinate meetings, collateral, space, and partner with marketing.
• Provide campus tours and support safety plans during events.
• Lead and develop a high-performing event team and oversee staff.
