Evidence-based success in sales, active listening, and the ability to coach and motivate others are essential. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role with monthly enrollment targets and a strong compliance focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years sales experience; admissions or tele sales preferred.
• Ability to coach, collaborate and motivate others; customer-facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with local students within the state area to set goals and motivations using consultative sales.
• Deliver Educational Value Proposition for UTI programs to prospective students.
• Communicate policies and procedures throughout the student life cycle via calls and written materials.
• Address cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, and enrollment paperwork inquiries.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure student success and persistence.
