You will partner with stakeholders to run events within budget and timelines, and engage deeply with students and families to build relationships. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, producing schedules and reports, and collaborating with marketing while ensuring safety and accessibility of events.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience (hospitality, sales event coordination, etc.) required; lead or supervisory role highly preferred.
• Experience in education (or other highly regulated field) and multi-site environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and partner with cross functional teams to independently produce events from concept to completion.
• Utilize technology resources to develop and deliver event.
• Schedule, plan, and deliver on-campus admissions events within established budgets, driving toward predefined goals and outcomes.
• Create annual and periodic event schedules.
• Produce, analyze, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders.
• Provide campus tours to students and families as needed.
• Foster and maintain a safe working environment by executing safety plans and policies.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team of staff to achieve business results.
