Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an events coordinator to plan and deliver on-campus admissions events that drive enrollment and meet budgetary goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute concepts from start to finish and provide campus tours to families as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, and strong relationship building with students, families, and internal stakeholders in Salt Lake City area campuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in hospitality, sales event coordination, or similar fields.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver on-campus admissions events within established budgets to meet goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Produce annual and periodic event schedules and regular/ad-hoc reports.
• Provide campus tours to students and families as needed.
• Maintain safety plans and enforce policies during events.
• Lead and develop a high-performance events team and manage timecards and accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.
