Job summary

HONG KONG GREEN PLANET FLORAL DESIGN COMPANY LIMITED seeks an Admissions Consultant to drive student conversion and handle operations for the Hong Kong market. You will guide the complete journey from inquiry to enrollment and renewals, with proactive follow-up and CRM management at the core.

You will manage course recommendations, follow-ups, and data-driven improvements while coordinating with teachers and staff to ensure smooth student progression and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education consulting, B2C sales, student operations, CRM or related roles preferred.
• Cantonese as working language; strong traditional Chinese writing ability; basic Mandarin communication ability.
• Proactive follow-up and sales awareness; able to independently manage customer and enrollment progress.
• Strong needs assessment and customer communication skills; able to advance next steps rather than just respond to inquiries.
• Basic sensitivity to data and accuracy; able to accurately record and manage customer information.
• Proficient with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and general online collaboration tools.
• Able to accept enrollment conversion and sales targets as part of performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Handle course inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other channels; understand student background, goals and needs; provide suitable course recommendations.
• Proactively follow up with prospective students to advance from inquiry, payment to formal enrollment, and re-engage unconverted and past potential customers.
• Manage CRM enrollment process and follow-up records to ensure each prospective student has clear and substantive next steps.
• Follow up with existing students on course renewals, course upgrades, advanced courses and alumni learning opportunities.
• Analyze unconverted reasons, customer quality and enrollment performance; proactively report anomalies to the team.
• Assist with general student matters including class transfers, make-up classes, course inquiries, and daily coordination between students, teachers and administrative team.
