Job summary

Hci-College seeks an Admissions Representative to engage potential students, conduct career consultations, and arrange campus visits. You will provide information on programs, admissions requirements, and curriculum while adhering to the Admissions Code of Ethics and completing enrollment paperwork.

You will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, conduct career planning sessions, provide campus tours, and ensure timely completion of financial aid paperwork.

Qualifications

• High energy level and desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must complete a one-day shadowing for hire eligibility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong adherence to ethical standards in admissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospective students about programs, entrance requirements and curriculum.
• Conduct career planning sessions and arrange campus visits for candidates.
• Record and follow up on inquiries, no-shows, and enrollment progress.
• Complete enrollment paperwork and schedule Financial Aid appointments.
• Give campus tours and ensure pre-start paperwork is finished.
• Attend Open Houses and product knowledge trainings as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies and ethics in admissions.
