Apna in the United States seeks an academic and career counselor to address inquiries on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships. You will educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects.

You will generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries, convert leads into enrollments while meeting monthly targets, and maintain clear communication with parents; collaborate with the admissions team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• UG/PG degree in Education, Psychology or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling addressing inquiries on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.
• Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects.
