You will work with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, partner with regional teams, and help guide applicants through programs, deadlines, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and effective problem-solving.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactive outreach to engaged students to support in the application process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, application processes, and deadlines to provide accurate guidance.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the student journey.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure students' needs are met efficiently.
• Proactively elevate risks, student concerns, and conversion opportunities to appropriate team members and management.
• Accurately manage student records and engagement activities in Salesforce.
