Job summary

Hult International Business School in Boston is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to support prospective students from enquiry to application. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email, provide guidance on programs, deadlines, and the application process, and work closely with regional teams to meet student needs.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and problem-solving.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactively reach out to engaged students to assist with the application process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, applications, and deadlines to guide students.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the student journey.
