Job summary

RNG Group seeks an Admissions Advisor to join on-campus operations. This full-time, 40 hr/wk role emphasizes quick responses, campus tours, and guiding prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

You’ll work closely with staff to support the enrollment funnel and campus leadership, with occasional travel and weekend/evening hours required. The right candidate brings strong communication, sales experience, and CRM familiarity, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, relationship-focused

Qualifications

• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills for prospective students.
• Ability to work independently within a team and with a diverse constituency.
• Motivated self-starter who can prioritize work strategically and efficiently.
• Sales-focused with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Familiarity with higher education recruiting practices and CRM software.
• Problem solver who adapts to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries immediately, or within 2 hours, to convert qualified inquiries.
• Maintain a personal database of inquiries in the CRM and create conversion opportunities.
• Record all interactions and coordinate with staff to track recruit status.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and move inquiries through enrollment funnel.
• Maintain high contact frequency with inquiries and applicants across stages.
• Conduct high-energy campus tours and participate in on-campus recruiting events.
• Support campus leadership and meet term goals with measurable metrics.
• Occasionally travel for recruiting and training; may require evenings/weekends.
