Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience hiring, training, and supervising 40+ student staff.
• Experience with ADA, building codes, and crowd management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 40+ student staff.
• Oversee facility use and access, including evening/weekend supervision.
• Complete staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for all operating hours of the SAC.
• Provide event support as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty during (non-event) evening hours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with University departments.
