Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supervising and developing student staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety, ADA, and crowd management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily function of the Student Activity Center and facilities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 40+ student staff.
• Oversee facility use and access, including evening and weekend supervision as needed.
• Complete staff scheduling to ensure coverage for all hours of operation.
• Provide event support and ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty during (non-event) evening hours.
• Develop strong working relationships with University departments and oversee payroll for students.
