You will manage event operations, coordinate service resources, and ensure a safe, ready environment for clients, guests, vendors, and university staff.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Review event schedules, orders, diagrams and service requests for readiness and accuracy.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, guests, vendors and participants.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service and coordinate resources for event execution.
• Monitor activities, troubleshoot and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Assist with event setup modifications and operational adjustments.
• Provide basic audiovisual setup and equipment support for standard meeting tech.
• Communicate updates and issues to appropriate staff.
• Complete shift reports and event logs.
• Assist visitors with information and resources.
• Perform related duties to support operations.
