Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college; valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to pass LEIN clearance.
• Preferred: prior caseload or retention management experience.
• Master’s degree from regionally accredited university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual caseload outreach, retention, intervention, and student completion.
• Plan and support retention-related events and outreach efforts.
• Maintain tracking dashboard to monitor retention and re-engagement of students.
• Attend meetings to stay current on best practices in student success and FERPA compliance.
• Coordinate handoffs with peer tutors and campus centers for student support.
• Travel to correctional facilities to support CEP and participate in related programs.
