• Provides data infrastructure and reporting tied to CHEER Act initiatives (first-generation retention, workforce-aligned experiences, engagement, and case management).
• Support and monitor student success technology and operations, configuration, QA, testing, and feature implementation to ensure CHEER Act metrics are captured and reported.
• Promote automated reporting and case management focused on first-generation students, interventions, and learning outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Data Analytics, Education or related field
