Job summary

PennWest’s Student Accounts Office on the Edinboro Campus located in William Alexander Hall is hiring student employees to join our team. You will assist students and parents in person and by phone regarding their student accounts, and help office staff with researching account issues.

Daily scanning and data entry tasks are part of the role, using the Ellucian Banner System where applicable. Students may work 15 hours per week during Fall/Spring semesters and can continue through subsequent

Students are eligible to work 15 hours per week in a regular Fall/Spring semester. We are hiring for the Fall 2026 and students can continue working through the following semesters with our office until they graduate if they see fit.
