PennWest’s Student Accounts Office on the Edinboro Campus located in William Alexander Hall is hiring student employees to join our team. You will assist students and parents in person and by phone regarding their student accounts, and help office staff with researching account issues.

Daily scanning and data entry tasks are part of the role, using the Ellucian Banner System where applicable. Students may work 15 hours per week during Fall/Spring semesters and can continue through subsequent

Responsibilities

• Assisting students/parents in person and on the phone regarding their student accounts
• Assisting office staff in researching student and non-student account issues as they arise
• Daily scanning documentation to student's online filing system
• Assisting in Data Entry and filing
• Utilizing the Ellucian Banner System
• Completing other various tasks assigned by Student Accounts Staff and the Manager
