The role involves managing collections, analyzing receivables, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 18-month postsecondary program, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituents in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and families with tuition, fees, financial aid, scholarships, grants, loans, and payment plans.
• Resolve complex student account inquiries and monitor receivables.
• Manage collections and ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
• Provide financial guidance to support student success and protect institutional revenue.
