Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with student accounts receivable, billing, collections or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile student accounts, including tuition and fees adjustments, payments, credits, and balances.
• Greet students and families in person and on the phone.
• Monitor or triage all student correspondence via the ticketing system.
• Support outbound calls to students with delinquent accounts.
• Provide information and assistance to students as needed, upholding professional, respectful service.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with registration processes related to financial obligations.
• Support campus events with flexibility for evenings or extended hours as needed.
• Provide cross-coverage for other Bursar functions and contribute to process improvements.
