Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year in higher education student accounts or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for students, parents, faculty, and staff regarding Student Accounts.
• Explain account credits/debits and NU billing procedures; assist with over 150,000 contacts.
• Counsel on student account policies, payment processing, and financing options.
• Represent Student Accounts at events and process student account payments.
