Job summary

As a primary resource, you will assist students, parents, and campus stakeholders via phone, email, and online chat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Two years of experience required; student financial services or collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 50% - Processes student refunds and assists with pre-collect and collection activities.
• 35% - Responds to incoming calls, chats and emails regarding general office and student account inquiries with high-quality service.
• 10% - Manages 1098T processing, account reconciliations, invoices, data audits, and payment plans.
• 5% - Supports office functions and special projects as assigned.
