Qualifications

• Three years of experience in student financial services, internal or external collections, and accounting or finance preferred.
• Ability to manage delinquent student accounts and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Strong customer service skills for students, parents, and third-party agencies.

Responsibilities

• 60% - Manage delinquent student accounts, monitor agencies and the KY Dept. of Revenue; track and audit accounts.
• 20% - Respond to calls and emails regarding collections with professional, accurate information.
• 15% - Maintain Perkins Loan portfolio and assignments to the U.S. Dept. of Education with accurate records.
• 5% - Support office functions and special projects as assigned.
