Job summary

IES Communications seeks an Project Lead - Structured Cabling to act as on-site coordinator and supervisor for voice and data cabling projects in MCCARRAN, NV. You will ensure job completion per quality and safety standards while maintaining staff efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager, performing site-level supervision, and handling project documentation and blueprints with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• On-site coordinator and supervisor of Crew Leads - Structured Cabling.
• At least 3 years in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Must be able to terminate fiber.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Familiar with universal color codes and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Run major project crews and train staff.
• Ensure safety, quality guidelines, and weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for productivity and budget.
• Complete timesheets, work orders, change orders, and related paperwork.
• Perform quality checks and prepare as-built drawings.
