Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Ability to terminate fiber.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient with the listed tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead major on-site project crews and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure productivity, completion, and budget adherence.
• Complete project paperwork (timesheets, work orders, transfers, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and prepare as-built drawings as needed.
• Be the main on-site customer contact and resolve issues.
