Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd's client in Miami seeks an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead mid-rise and high-rise structural projects from concept through construction administration. The role emphasizes strong design and coordination with architects, clients, and contractors.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, and help grow the Miami structural practice toward Senior PM and Associate levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–10+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably on building structures.
• Experience with concrete and steel building systems and coordination with architects/clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction administration.
• Lead analysis and design of concrete, steel, masonry, and other structural systems.
• Work on mid-rise and high-rise projects across South Florida.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
