Our recruitment firm has been engaged by a leading civil/structural engineering company in South Florida to identify an exceptional Structural Project Manager. If you’re a PE‑licensed structural engineer with a passion for designing and delivering landmark buildings, this is your chance to lead some of the region’s most exciting mid‑ to high‑rise projects. What You’ll Do

• Manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet drawings, specifications and local codes.
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of engineers and drafters, mentoring staff and managing resources.
• Lead the design and delivery of 20‑ to 45‑storey high‑rise and condominium projects, including post‑tensioned slab and column systems.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and liaise closely with clients and governing agencies in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market.
• Use your expertise in AutoCAD, ETABS, StudPro, RISA‑3D or similar FEA software to drive high‑quality project outcomes.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of structural engineering experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Demonstrated experience with mid‑ to high‑rise structures and condo projects.
• Familiarity with local codes and experience working on‑site.
• Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, ETABS, StudPro, RISA‑3D or equivalent).
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage contractors and schedules.
