Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Miami seeks an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead a portfolio of mid-rise and high-rise building projects across South Florida, from concept through construction administration.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and owners, review calculations, mentor junior staff, and help grow the Miami structural practice. 6–10+ years in structural engineering with concrete/steel system experience and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 6-10+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably focused on building structures.
• Strong experience with concrete and steel building systems.
• Experience managing structural projects and coordinating with architects and clients.
• Knowledge of Florida Building Code and applicable structural design standards.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software commonly used within the buildings industry.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, with Florida licensure or the ability to obtain it considered a significant advantage.
