Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or a structural-focused field role.
• Strong understanding of structural work, including concrete and steel activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of concrete, steel, foundations, and other structural activities.
• Review drawings, structural details, and shop drawings to support constructability, verify scope, and identify issues early.
• Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, logs, submittals, and RFIs.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and sequencing requirements with field teams.
• Work with the structural superintendent team to address field challenges and support daily workflow.
• Assist with inspections by coordinating with engineers, testing agencies, and regulatory officials.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor quality control measures and assist in verifying that installed work follows project specifications.
• Foster strong communication among project leaders, field crews, and trade partners to support smooth project execution.
