CMTS LLC seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex capital improvement projects in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The role covers planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout with cross‑functional collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of infrastructure project experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency in office software and project management tools. On-site work in St.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, contract administration, and project delivery methods.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from programming through project completion in accordance with program objectives.
• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Administer contracts for architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop bid packaging strategies in collaboration with senior program leadership.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and overall performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and approve consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, change orders, and contract amendments.
