Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction project management or a structural-focused role.
• Strong understanding of structural work including concrete and steel.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of concrete, steel, foundations, and other structural activities
• Review drawings and shop drawings to support constructability and identify issues early
• Support the Project Manager in managing subcontractors and tracking progress
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and RFIs
• Coordinate material deliveries and sequencing with field teams
• Foster clear communication among project leaders, field crews, and trade partners
