J. Benton Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and safety while delivering exceptional client service and coordinating with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with opportunities to support business development, proposals, and client engagement across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, Sage/Timberline, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on schedule and within budget.
• Support proposal and preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews and budgeting.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee staffing, mentoring, and performance to maximize team effectiveness.
• Lead OAC and subcontractor meetings; manage RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
