Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Stroke Prevention products, including Amplatzer Amulet LAA Occluder. You will educate interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on device usage and data, provide procedural coverage, and communicate product and market insights to colleagues across regions.

This role may travel up to 50% and could be hired at different levels depending on experience.

Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent experience.
6+ years of related cardiovascular work experience.
Vendor credentialing requirements may include COVID-19 vaccination and accommodations if needed.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and sales support through education of current and potential customers and procedure coverage.
Educate physicians and staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of Structural Heart products.
Inform customers of the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry.
Meet with health care providers to identify clinical needs and offer feasible solutions.
Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and positive outcomes.
Engage in clinical and technical discussions, linking data to messaging.
