Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and sales support for the Stroke Prevention portfolio, including Amplatzer, Amulet and LAA Occluder. You will train interventional cardiologists and cath lab staff, support procedures, and communicate product and clinical data to customers.

The role requires BS/BA, 9+ years cardiovascular experience with 3+ in Structural Heart or EP, and vendor credentialing including COVID-19 vaccination.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology.
• Credentialing requirements may include vaccination for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide clinical case coverage and outcomes.
• Serve as primary clinical support resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for Abbott products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of Abbott products.
